Standard Features
Kitchen- Every Baron Homes kitchen contains beautiful shaker style wood cabinets either painted or stain with the latest in drawer glides and hinge technology. The boxes are all plywood with dovetail drawers and optional pull out shelving.
Baron Homes doesn’t even have an option that doesn’t include granite counter tops. Granite slab with ‘eased’ edge countertops are standard in every kitchen.
Depending on the decor chosen, our kitchen flooring will either be engineered hardwood or luxury vinyl. Both long lasting, comfortable, and beautiful to look at.
Each kitchen enjoys stainless steel dishwasher, range, and microwave. These appliances will be full of convenient features and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Master Suite- A suite within a suite, our master bathroom comes standard with five major elements; two vanity sinks with granite counter top, soaking tub, shower, and water closet. Fit for royalty, you’ll enjoy the tile and other details that make this a special place in your home.
The master bedroom will be nicely sized and fully carpeted (other flooring optional). Depending on which Baron Homes model, the ceiling will receive special treatment for the just right dramatic touch. Of course, a walk in closet is standard.
Guest bathroom- A generous guest bathroom will contain tile floors, a shower tub combination, a single vanity sink with granite counter top and a water closet.
Guest bedrooms- each guest bedroom will contain clothes closet and will be fully carpeted. Other flooring available as an option.
Exterior- Again, no compromise with Baron Homes. Hardie plank siding and shakes are found on most of our homes. You also find some great detail consistent with our fondness for the craftsman style architecture with most of our plans.
Outdoor living- We live in a great part of the world when it comes to outdoor living. Our weather allows us to enjoy the great outdoors many days each year which is why we paid attention to some great outdoor options. We have options including outdoor fireplaces and food preparation facilities. All of our homes have some covered porch area suitable for entertaining and relaxation.
Landscaping- Each of our homes in the Villa’s will include a fully landscaped yard. The front yard will include grass, a landscape feature including several trees and shrubs in an area near the front door. The back yard will have corner to corner grass and will be ready for your special touches.
