We moved from Seattle to the Villas for a lifestyle change. We wanted a secure, quiet community of like-minded neighbors. After five years, we are still thrilled to live here. We moved into our new Lexar Home here at the Villas at the end of January 2016. We love it here. The people are so kind and friendly, everyone takes such pride in ownership thus creating a community of beauty and we so enjoy the country living. The hop field really lends itself to that feel. We love living in the Villas, because it is filled with friendly, happy people who like where they live. We have a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams to the West and the beautiful hills on both sides of the Valley. We’re within 5 miles of the Mall, great restaurants, doctors and most anything we need. There are several churches close by and even the local East Valley Fire Dept. to make us feel safe. – Shirley

The decision to downsize and purchase a home at the Villas of Terrace Heights has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. We love the quiet neighborhood, the gated, secure community and the ability to lock up and leave for extended periods.
